General Chemistry
General Chemistry is a two quarter course in which students will gain and understanding of chemistry that supports their broad interests in science. We will learn about chemical nomenclature, the structure of the atom, the basic principles of chemical reactions, and how atoms bond. Student will also have opportunities to sharpen their quantitative skill in science and to learn to think critically through their analysis of data from relevant laboratory experiences.
