SciCom introduces students to relevant topics in chemistry, physics, and earth sciences, providing students with a foundation of scientific principles, meaningful applications, and 21st century skills. SciCom includes less math than chemistry or physics, and it focuses on societal issues impacting students’ lives with an emphasis on problem solving of personal, local, and global issues.
